To register for a clinic or camp: 1. Download, print and fill out a registration form. Be sure to select either the CLINIC or CAMP registration form, and complete all items, including the date of the event for which you are registering. CLINIC REGISTRATION FORM- CLICK HERE CAMP REGISTRATION FORM- CLICK HERE 2. For CLINICS, enclose a check with the clinic fee. For CAMPS, enclose a check with non-refundable deposit of $115 to secure a spot for the camp of your choice; balance is due 6 weeks prior to the event. Please make checks payable to: Goalkeeping 1-On-1, LLC 3. Mail to: Goalkeeping 1-On-1, LLC P.O. Box 31842 Philadelphia, PA 19104-9971 4. E-mail Steve@goalkeeping1-on-1.com to let us know your registration is in the mail. Be sure to say for which event you are registering. We’ll e-mail you to confirm receipt of your registration. NOTE: If you are not sure if it is too late to register, please e-mail or call us. There may still be slots available for on-site registration on the day of the event. |
