To register for a clinic or camp:
1) Download, print and fill out a registration form. Be sure to complete all items, including the date of the event for which you are registering. 2) All registrants must be USFHA members; to join please go to http://www.usfieldhockey.com/ 3) Enclose a check made payable to: Goalkeeping 1-On-1 4) Mail to: Goalkeeping 1-On-1 P.O. Box 31842 Philadelphia, PA 19104-9971 5) E-mail Steve@goalkeeping1-on-1.com to let us know your registration is in the mail. Be sure to say for which event you are registering. We’ll e-mail you to confirm receipt of your registration. NOTE: If you are not sure if it is too late to register, please e-mail or call us. There may still be slots available for on-site registration on the day of the event. |
